Generally the Premier League season’s very entertaining fixture, Liverpool v Arsenal fails to fail.
Two sides that love attacking, who like to entertain Arsenal, Liverpool and the neutral and who adore scoring goals have performed some absolute classics in years.
Since the start of 2014, the 12 matches between the two sides have afforded 53 aims, and I don’t expect that to change any time soon.
Arsenal’s summer signings are already gelling nicely, particularly the remarkable Dani Ceballos, also beneath Unai Emery, who is certainly famed for prioritising attack finished defence, the Gunners will feel they can definitely get at Liverpool, that have not really looked their older, completely dominant discriminated from Norwich, Southampton or Chelsea in the UEFA Super Cup.
Together with Alisson out hurt, Liverpool do look a little less secure in the back, together with all the erratic Adrian that a much less reassuring presence (because he displayed having a howler against Southampton) supporting the defenders. There is no way having a Spanish Simon Mignolet in goal will not have an impact on the negative. ??
Backing both teams is a no-brainer, but I am also going to back some Liverpool triumph + BTTS as a tip. Arsenal appear great, but Jurgen Klopp’s side have beaten Arsenal in their past three Anfield visits–scoring 12 times–and using these imperious home form over the last 18 months or so (not to mention Arsenal’s relative travel sickness), Liverpool is going to be confident of claiming the things.
1 man who has set over the decades in some performances from Arsenal has been Roberto Firmino.
Last weekend opened his account for the season against Southampton, also with seven goals in his last four matches against Arsenal at Anfield–scoring at least in each–it is realistic to expect him to have victory again.
It’s also worth noting Firmino also scored Liverpool’s first target on all four events, but having objects I’d still be inclined to simply back everywhere. ??
